The platform replaces a structure built for a narrower business and reflects the group's growth across four operating areas: global trade and commercial operations, supply chain and transit logistics, management consulting and digital transformation, and corporate treasury and trade settlement advisory.

The expanded platform is organised by business unit rather than by service list, allowing prospective partners to reach the relevant practice directly rather than navigating a general corporate description.
