New partner discussions and market-development initiatives are extending Ratin's international trade network into selected Latin American markets.

Ratin Teknoloji Group is expanding its commercial partner network across Latin America. The initiative focuses on qualified B2B opportunities in minerals, industrial materials, agricultural technologies and cross-border market development. It is an active market-development programme, not an announcement of completed transactions.

Why Latin America matters

Latin America is one of the world's most important regions for mining, industrial raw materials and agriculture. Its economies are both large producers and growing buyers of industrial inputs, de-icing and processing salts, fertilizers and agricultural technologies. For a Türkiye-based trading group, the region complements existing corridors to Europe, MENA and Eurasia and widens the base of qualified buyers and suppliers.

Focus areas

  • Minerals and industrial raw materials — matching specifications from qualified supply partners with industrial buyers.
  • Rock salt and industrial salt — exploring demand for de-icing, processing and industrial applications, subject to availability.
  • Agricultural technology — identifying distribution partners for innovative agricultural inputs, subject to technical documentation and local approvals.
  • Market development — supporting companies in both regions that want to enter the other market.

Qualified networks

Ratin's approach is to work through qualified buyer, supplier and professional networks: importers, distributors, logistics providers, inspection companies and legal advisers. Each relationship is built step by step and documented.

Compliance and counterparty verification

Every potential engagement starts with Know-Your-Business review, beneficial-ownership checks and sanctions screening. Ratin does not proceed with a counterparty until this review is complete. Where regulated services such as payments or financing are involved, they are performed by appropriately authorised third parties.

Contract discipline

Trade with new markets succeeds or fails on the contract. Ratin structures engagements around clear specifications, Incoterms, inspection and documentation requirements, and defined dispute terms, so that both sides understand obligations before goods move.

Next steps

Companies in Latin America interested in sourcing from or selling to Türkiye and its partner corridors can submit a requirement through the Ratin RFQ page or write to info@ratin.com.tr. All inquiries are subject to counterparty and compliance review.
