How Ratin Teknoloji Group collects, processes and protects personal and corporate data.

RATİN TEKNOLOJİ VE YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ. (Trade Registry 221212-5, MERSİS 0734-1893-2780-0001), headquartered at FinWORK Business Center, Şişli / Istanbul, acts as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU GDPR where applicable.
We process business contact details (name, corporate email, phone, company), inquiry content submitted through the contact form, corporate documents you voluntarily share for advisory engagements, and technical data (IP, browser, cookie identifiers) required to operate the site.
Personal and corporate data is processed to (a) respond to commercial inquiries, (b) fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations, (c) comply with legal obligations including MASAK/AML record-keeping, and (d) operate and secure our digital properties. Legal bases: consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Data may be shared with affiliated entities of Ratin Teknoloji Group, professional advisors bound by confidentiality, competent public authorities where legally required, and infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as processors under written agreements.
Where data is transferred outside Türkiye, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent, in line with KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.
We retain records for the periods required by Turkish Commercial Code, tax legislation, and MASAK obligations, and delete or anonymize data when no longer necessary.
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Requests should be sent to info@ratin.com.tr.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege processing.
